Something I forgot to mention in my Entschtanning post was my card pull from the Frigg – Embrace of Motherhood Oracle Deck.

It’s a 24 card oracle deck centered around the different aspects of the Norse goddess, Frigg.

In Urglaawe, we know her as Freid.

I really vibe with Freid.

She’s the Keeper of Keys and Weaver of Fates. The home is her domain. 

Maintaining a sense of peace and organization in my home is important to me. I need a constant, stable place that I can call home. The nomadic lifestyle would not suit me well. Freid understands the importance of shelter, of sanctuary, of home. 

And from her sanctuary in particular, she weaves the threads of fate. 

In the deck, I pulled “The Weaver of Dreams” card.

Nurture my dreams.

That’s what I’m doing with this blog. Just focusing on writing and getting my thoughts out there. I have plenty of notebooks reserved for my eyes alone so it’s not like I’ve stopped writing, but I’ve retreated from consistent blogging and social media posting for roughly the past 7 years or so.

I’m here to channel the spirit of the Internet during The Ancient Times of the early 2000s. I’m not here trying to build a brand or cult of personality. I don’t care about follower count. I’m not here to try and sell you anything. I’m just here to create a connection.
